Same-city orders usually arrive in 1–2 days, same-province in 2–3 days and nationwide in 3–5 days. Each seller ships separately, so a multi-store order can arrive in more than one parcel. Your exact estimate is shown on every product page and at checkout.
Shipping is charged per seller based on distance and weight. Orders above Rs 5,000 from a single seller ship free in Pakistan (A$99 in Australia).

In Pakistan: Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Visa/Mastercard. In Australia: cards. You can also apply your ApexMarket wallet balance (refunds land there instantly).
We send a one-time code by WhatsApp or SMS to the delivery phone. This keeps fake orders away from sellers and gets your parcel dispatched faster.
Payments are processed on the bank’s or wallet’s own secure page. ApexMarket never sees your card details.
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (the exact window is shown on the product page). Open the order, choose Return, select a reason and add photos if the item is damaged or not as described.
Once the seller receives the return, the refund is credited to your ApexMarket wallet immediately, or to your original payment method if you prefer.
Your payment is held in escrow and only released to the seller after the return window closes. If you and the seller can’t agree, open a dispute from the order and our team will step in.
