Opening a store and listing products is free. We charge a commission (8% by default) on the item price of each delivered order. There are no monthly fees. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
When an order is delivered, your payout moves into escrow for the 7-day return window. After that it becomes available in your wallet and you can withdraw to your bank account once you have at least Rs 5,000 available.
Our payment partners require KYC before money can be sent to you. Upload both sides of your CNIC (or your passport) and your bank details. Until you are verified you can list up to 10 products, and payouts stay locked.
When you pack an order, one click books the courier and generates a printable shipping label and invoice. The courier collects from your pickup address, and tracking updates automatically.
The courier collects cash from the buyer at the door. Once delivery is confirmed, your earnings are credited to your wallet just like prepaid orders — you never handle the cash yourself.
Buyers can request a return within your return window (at least 7 days). You approve or reject with a reason; once the parcel is back, the buyer is refunded and the item returns to your stock. Disputes are reviewed by our team.
Counterfeit or replica goods, prohibited and restricted items, and anything that violates Pakistani law. Listings are screened automatically and repeat violations lead to suspension.
